If you want to delete your Car Cab Org account or request deletion of your personal data, send an email to david@carcab.org with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
In your request, include:
Your full name
The email address used with your Car Cab Org account
Your phone number associated with the account
A short statement requesting deletion of your account and data
What we delete:
Your Car Cab Org account profile
Account contact information you provided
App-related customer data associated with your account, unless retention is required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes
What we may retain:
Records required for legal compliance
Safety-related incident records
Fraud-prevention and abuse-prevention records
Limited transaction or operational records where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity
Retention period:
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If some information must be retained for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons, that information will be retained only as long as necessary for that purpose.
